Beth accepts a small number of private commissions each year, working directly with collectors and interior architects to create works that respond to specific spaces and material inquiries.

What to expect

Common questions regarding commissions and studio processes.

Due to the intricate nature of hand-coiling and the required slow-drying processes for monumental ceramics, bespoke commissions typically require between 8 to 14 weeks from initial concept approval to final dispatch. We will provide a precise timeline during our initial consultation.
Yes. The studio deeply values its relationships with the design community. We offer a dedicated trade program for verified interior architects, decorators, and gallery partners. Please select "Trade & Architecture Partnership" in the contact form above to request our trade application.
All international acquisitions are handled with museum-grade care. Works are secured in custom-built, shock-absorbent wooden crates and transported via specialized fine-art logistics partners. Full tracking and insurance are provided until the piece is safely in your possession.
Beth formulates all glazes and clay bodies from raw, often wild-foraged materials. While we can aim for a specific tonal family or textural quality (such as our signature iron oxide or kelp ash finishes), the atmospheric reduction firing process ensures that every piece will possess its own unique, unpredictable variations.
